Taipei Lunch - Duck Head ^^ / 台灣午餐吃。吃。吃 ---- 台北市東區的乾鍋鴨頭

It is a Tuesday afternoon and fortunate for me, the company invited us for a good lunch. After some serious discussion (and yes, that is what we do most of the time), we decided to go to "大宅門乾鍋鴨頭" which is in the core area of Taipei City of Zhongxiao Dunhua (The Eastern District).

正當我這星期準備吃土的時候，幸運的是公司總部的老闆來台灣開會。作為好飲好食的我，當然一言不發的緊貼大家的腳步，一起去吃好東西啦。（同事A：為什麼平時工作的時候總是看不到你？）

▼The restaurant most popular dish is "duck head" which happens to be a very popular dish in Taiwan as well. As I have never tried it before so I could not wait for the dish to come.

▼ 來到了大宅門，其實我從來沒有吃過鴨頭。同事也驚訝說我連冬山鴨頭（臺南市東山區的著名鴨肉小吃）也沒有吃過。所以還是滿心期待。可是到了發現我們是唯一的顧客呢～可能是最近午飯時間都太熱，其他人都躲在辦公室內吃便當吧。

▼ If you like to eat in nice restaurant, you will like it here as the decoration is very nice and the place is spacious as well.

▼ 喜歡吃"裝潢"的你們一定會喜歡，這裡佈置有用心，座位也很寬敞並且地方也很清潔。

▼ 點菜了，喂，店小二，把你們這裡最貴，最好吃的通通拿出來（反正是老闆付嘛，哈哈。）

▼Just a quick tip, you can even get a free dish by "checking in" with your facebook apps. probably the only time I will use facebook nowadays..

▼ 好了，不要說我只管吃嘛，也會為同事拿好康，先打一下咭。。

▼ Appetisers: preserved egg, salad and some special buns.

▼ 起菜了，前菜是之前的打卡送的皮蛋，沙拉和銀絲卷 （為什麼是黃色的？）。

▼For Mala spicy lover, these are the dishes you cannot miss. noodles and duck meat with special chili sauce.

▼ 喜歡麻辣的你不能錯過啊。酸辣蕨根粉和麻辣鴨肉。其實口味比較是麻而不辣。蕨根粉吃一去還很彈牙呢！

▼Highly recommend the dish below, it is deep fried squid with duck egg yolk. Something like calamari but the taste is quite different and to be honest, they are both good.

▼金沙中卷 ，這道菜真心推薦，用鴨蛋去炸中卷。鴨蛋甜甜的味道配合很有韌性的中卷真的是剛剛好。

▼The signature dishes, using dry pot to stir fly duck head and pig knuckle and towards the end, they will pour soup in to the pot to become "hot pot" such that you can put all the vegetables into it.

▼主角來了，乾鍋鴨頭和豬腳。吃到最後還會加湯變成火鍋呢，很有特色。
