Muffins - Chocolate muffins
Ingredients for the dough:
•220g soft butter
•150g of fine sugar
•210g of wheat flour
•1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
•4 eggs
•4 flat cocoa spoons
•50g finely chopped chocolate with nuts
Ingredients for cream:
•250g Philadelphia type cream cheese or similar
•125g soft butter
•1 and 3/4 cup of icing sugar
•1 flat spoon of cocoa
Preparation:
1.We put the form for muffins with muffins. We mix all ingredients except chocolate for smoothness. Finally, add the chocolate and mix to combine the ingredients. The resulting mass is filled in muffin molds halfway up. Bake at 170 C for about 20 - 22 minutes, so-called dry stick. Wait for the muffins to cool down.
2.Butter grind to white. Gradually add powdered sugar, rubbing all the time. Then, gradually add cream cheese and grind. At the end, add the cocoa and mix (I've made the whole cream from the beginning using the mixer, turning it into the highest speed). We cool for 1 hour.
3.Apply the cream to the confectionery sleeve with a decorative cap. We decorate cooled muffins.
