•cocoa 2 tablespoons
•sugar 50 g
•baking powder 0.5 teaspoons
•chocolate 25 g
•curd cheese 1 kg
•powdered sugar 100 g
•vanilla sugar 1 pack
•egg yolk 3 pcs
•gelatin 5 teaspoons
•stuck cherries with 300 g syrup
•cherry syrup 0,5 glasses
•juice and 1 lemon peel
Chop finely. In a bowl, quickly mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, chocolate and Kasia. Do not knead.
Lay the breadmaker with baking paper and pour the resulting crumble into it. Lightly deflate with a spoon. Put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for about 15 minutes. Haircut.
3.Cytryna wash and wipe the skin from it, and then squeeze the juice. Gelatine pour 1/2 cup of cold, boiled water, mix and leave. When it swells, heat it to dissolve.
Whip the yogurt with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with the curd. Half the cherry cut into halves, leave the rest to decorate. Dissolve gelatin (1 tablespoon) with lemon juice and peel, and cheese mass.
On the cake in the form, put out some cheese mass and put the halves of cherry on it. Put on the cherries, the rest of the cheese mass. Do not level the surface of the cheese.
Whole cream with cherry syrup mixed with the remaining gelatin and fork make a marbled pattern on the cheesecake. Decorate with other cherries. Put the cheesecake in the fridge to keep it well.
