bandrek of healthy drink and my favorite drink

This drink is very fitting in drinking at night, also in the rainy season as it is today. This drink is usually made from ginger, and other ingredients such as cinnamon, star fennel, cloves, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, lemongrass, red sugar (palm sugar), and sometimes a bit of chilli.

Bandrek Materials:

1/2 liter of liquid milk
50 gr of ginger, grilled, peeled, crushed

150 gr brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 chicken egg, shake briefly

How to make:

1. Boil liquid milk with ginger, lemongrass, pepper, pandan leaves, brown sugar, and salt, mix well. Cook until boiling.

2. Place the egg in a container, pour a little hot liquid milk, then mix well. Reinsert the milk mixture in liquid milk stew, stir well and cook until boiling again, remove. Then strain.

3. Serve while hot.
