Hey @leeart how are you? The typhoon was pretty bad and there is an area here that leads to our city which the first floor of the houses were submerged. I hope it is over but I think there is still another typhoon coming. Yep rain or shine some establishments were still open and you would definitely enjoy the bibingkoy.
