Arroz negro

Hoy cambiamos de tercio, dejamos la paella de los domingos y la cambiamos por un arroz negro que está espectacular.

Un arroz cocinado con tinta de calamar que le da ese tan típico sabor a mar, acompañado de gambones y sepia. Un arroz diferente, pero igual de bueno que la paella o el arroz al horno.

El sabor, impresionante, ¡¡¡así que habrá que repetir!!!
