Chicken salad with a corn chili salsa
Had made a sandwich yesterday and just wanted to share.
The chicken salad was made with boiled chicken then shredded. Added some mayo, mustard, red onions, celery, cucumbers, carrots, salt and pepper for taste and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Also found this awesome corn chili salsa at Trader Joe's
I lightly toasted some pita bread and whoala a sandwich

Thank you. Actually have no idea where the china came from, it just appeared one day. Flatbread is pretty awesome if you can get it from the right source.
It is actually some kind of British made China that is pretty expensive. I have some at home also with those patterns. I usually make my own flat breads from scratch, they come out really delicious.
Cool, will try not to break it in any way. Ah yes, homemade flat bread is the best and very easy too.
