2 medium zucchini
500 g ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
150-200 g of hard cheese
any greens to taste
Peel onion and finely chop. Zucchini cut along in half, carefully cut out the core and cut into small cubes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the stuffing in a bowl and mix with onion, chopped zucchini pulp and passed through the garlic press. Salt and pepper to taste, add breadcrumbs and kneading until uniform.
Boil a little zucchini olive oil and carefully filled with minced meat. Lay it on the baking sheet and leave to bake for 35 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Add the finished dish to the greens to taste.
