Once you get it down it's not so bad, just a bit of prep work and making sure your coals are up to temp. I should probably also add that we typically do this as a batch cook. After the leftovers cool completely we vacuum pack it, freeze it , and reheat in the vacuum bags for quick and easy dinners. That way we only have to cook one of these up once every couple of months.
