I work at a grocery store that actually sells live lobsters. I'm the one who sells them too, but I know nothing of what to do with them. Looks really interesting to make it fresh live like that. I knew nothing about how to take it apart or cook it, but this has helped a little. You have any more recipes of live lobsters or high ends of fish?

The store I work at, I sometimes watch the sushi guy make what he's making. I talk to my co-workers too and they say it takes years to become a sushi chef. I want to try making more seafood and maybe sushi too.
