The recipe here is, as the title reveals. Chickpeas in a creamy sauce with curry, cumin, ginger, tomatoes and coconut milk. And then I have baked a large amount of cauliflower in the oven to get the most delicious roasted flavor and turn them into fresh spinach and lemon juice. It is not bad at all as a vegetarian vegan curry to warm up on. Serve it with whole grain rice or the like and like a big portion - it's almost even better the day after.
