Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 2 stack.
- baking powder-1 tsp.
- chicken egg-2 PCs.
- hard cheese (grated) - 1,5 stack.
- cheese "feta" (grated) - 0.5 stack.
- milk-1,5 Stak.
- bell peppers-1/2 PCs.
- maize (canned) - 0.5 stack.
- greens-to taste
- salt-to taste
- pepper (ground) - to taste
Preparation:
- Warm up the oven to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper.
- In another bowl mix milk, eggs, cheese, bell peppers, corn and herbs.
- Add the resulting mixture of flour with spices, stir.
- Spread the batter in the molds and put in to bake muffins in oven for 25-30 minutes.
- A little cool muffins and eat.
