Bahan :
1 ekor ayam, potong 8
Daun salam
1 sdm gula merah
3 sdm kecap
Bumbu dihaluskan :
12 siung bawmer
6 siung bawput
3 cabe keriting (optional)
1 sdt ketumbar
Garam
Cara masak :
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum dan matang, tambahkan ayam, air, daun salam, gula merah dan kecap. Ungkep sampai bumbu mengental dan menyerap.
- Bakar diatas teflon panggangan sambil dioles bumbu sisa ungkep.
- Sajikan dgn sambal favorite.
