Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular treat. Chicken Skin is a deep-fried goodie served as a snack or as an appetizer. This is similar to chicharron (Filipino Style) wherein the pork skin is being deep-fried to attain a crispy texture, however, chicken skin has more chewiness to it and you can season it easily.
