one of the oldest grain in the world. more than 5000 years ago Inkas cultivate it and appreciated it so much so, that to them it was holy, they called it "Mother Grain".
It's very nutritious, high in protein, amino acids, vitamins... but gluten-free.
The best thing about it how easy and fast you can prepare it, so since you liked the taste so much, buy some and cook at home!
You don't need much, when cooked it is about 3 times the amount of uncooked.
