Making Venezuelan Empanadas
We helped my wife'a sister and her fiancé move today, so afterwards we all got together in their new apartment and made empenadas, ours were vegan and filled with potatoes and spices.
First we make the dough/masa
Next, we fill and form the empanadas with whatever we want
Fry in oil (not so healthy)
Put on some paper towels to get some of the oil off
Enjoy!!!

Oh, that's great! Looks tasty. My wife is Puerto Rican and pastelillos is the equivalent of empanadas in their culture. I love these. Thanks for sharing.

They were so good we had them as leftovers for breakfast MMMMMMMMMMMMMM They aren't hard to make, just takes time.
