I dont know why but i always thought schnitzel was something completely different, like some kinda of German chicken stew.
But thanks to the pics i have this all the time, well maybe not with the exact spice blend but i smash a whole chicken breast flat, then cover it in flour, then egg and then the breadcrumbs, shallow fry it for a few mins each side, and its delicious.
I will have to try adding the Dried parsley, lemon rind from 1 lemon and Ground paprika as your recipe because it does look very tasty.
Interesting... Iv never known it anything else. Definately give it a go, the paprika and lemon give it a defined taste. Thanks for checking out my post 👍🏼
