How to Make Bica Ambon Teflon

Ingredients :

Ingredient A:

  • 50 gr butter, melted.
  • 1 sachets sweet white condensed milk.
  • Ingredient B:

  • 300 ml of coconut milk.
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, geprak.
  • 4 orange leaves.
  • 1 stalk of pandan leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • to taste yellow dye.
  • Ingredient C:

  • 150 gr flour sago farm.
  • 100 gr wheat flour.
  • 1 tsp of instant yeast.
  • Ingredient D:

  • 4 eggs.
  • 150 g of refined sugar.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • steps :

    1. Mix all ingredients B and boil until boiling and stir constantly spy coconut milk break .. lift, chill and strain.

    2. Prepare material C and mix with ingredients B .. stir with whisk until not bergerindil .. let stand 30 minutes.

    3. During the wait .. shake the ingredients D with the mixer until the sugar dissolves .. then mix the ingredients A .. set aside ... After 30 minutes .. mix butter and batter t I ignored ... stir well and let stand 1 hour and close with dry napkin.

    4. Prepare teflon .. heat first until really hot .. smear butter ... and pour batter ... Bake until the foam is gone and out the hive. During this process do not close the teflon.

    5. After the foam is lost .. close the teflon with a little trash (can in banjo wooden bowl) baked about aja. Do a maturity test .. if the taste is enough .. elevator and chill.

    6. Once the cold is ready in pieces ... and the nest looks pretty .. until it can to ngintip.

    7. Ready to serve.


    Cara Membuat Bika Ambon Teflon

    Bahan-bahan :

    Bahan A :

  • 50 gr mentega, cairkan.
  • 1 saset susu kental manis putih.
  • Bahan B :

  • 300 ml santan.
  • 1 batang serai, geprak.
  • 4 lembar daun jeruk.
  • 1 batang daun pandan.
  • 1/2 sdt vanili.
  • secukupnya pewarna kuning.
  • Bahan C :

  • 150 gr tepung sagu tani.
  • 100 gr tepung terigu.
  • 1 sdt ragi instan.
  • Bahan D :

  • 4 butir telur.
  • 150 gr gula halus.
  • 1 sdt garam.
  • Langkah Kerja

    1. Campur semua bahan B dan rebus hingga mendidih dan aduk terus spy santan tdk pecah.. angkat, dinginkan dan saring.
    1. Siapkan bahan C dan campur dng bahan B.. aduk dng whisk sampai tdk bergerindil.. diamkan 30 menit.

    2. Selama menunggu.. kocok bahan D dng mixer sampai gula larut.. kemudian campur bahan A.. sisihkan... Sesudah 30 menit.. campur mentega dan adonan yg didiamkan td... aduk rata dan diamkan 1 jam dan tutup dng serbet kering.

    3. Siapkan teflon.. panaskan trlebih dahulu sampai benar2 panas.. oles mentega... dan tuang adonan... Panggang sampai busanya hilang dan keluar sarang. Selama proses ini jangan di tutup teflonnya.

    4. Setelah busa hilang.. tutup teflon dng sedikit trbuka (bs di ganjal entong kayu) panggang kira2 aja. Lakukan tes kematangan.. jika di rasa cukup.. angkat dan dinginkan.

    5. Setelah dingin siap di potong2... dan sarangnya kelihatan cantik.. sampai bisa untuk ngintip.

    6. Siap di sajikan.
