Smoked eggplant cream
This is a rich cream of eggplant ideal to share with friends, for a share, or a night of drinks, it is very easy to make, with a few ingredients I will share step by step.
Ingredients:
For a cup of 500gm approximately.

03 | Big chili |
01 | Medium onion or onion on branch |
03 | Garlic cloves |
100gm | cream cheese or white cheese |
100ml | vegetable oil |
15ml | vinegar |
salt and pepper to taste |
Process
- Place the aubergines to roast, it can be in charcoal or in the kitchen, in this case I did it in the kitchen.
- After the aubergines are well roasted, if not, let them burn completely on the outside, so that they give the smoked flavor, peel the aubergines to remove the burnt shell.
- Once peeled, cut it into pieces and place it in the blender with the other ingredients.
- Blend until you get a homogenous mixture, place in a container or cup to share with tortillas or cassava.
Blend with oil and vinegar.
