All who seek the God will lack no good thing

Psalm 34: 8-10 (ESV):

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

Oh, fear the Lord, you his saints, for those who fear him have no lack!

The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.

Each passing day, I have been a beneficiary of God's unquantified provision - food, clothing, shelter, security, good health, safety, ... the list simply uncountable.

While taking dinner yesterday, it dawn on me that there are several persons on the hospital bed who cannot feed through their mouth, some who even feed through their mouth cannot even distinguish the taste of the food they eat.

I got reminded of the song we sang as little children:

some have food, buy cannot eat,
some could eat but had no food,
we have food and we can eat,
glory be to God Amen.

Many times we take the blessings of God for granted because we look at them as being tiny. Sometimes, we think that scooping food from the plate onto the mouth is an easy task that even a toddler can do. Surely, you may be right but do you think what happens to an epileptic or a stroke adult victim?

Our focal scripture says we should taste and see how good our God is who blesses all those that take their refuge in Him.

There is nothing in this life that would work well if we count God out. Even though in times of recession, economic meltdown and corrupt leadership of th world system, God still cares for His children. He still provides for them their daily needs because He promised to be a Shepherd to a those who will to be a sheep in His fold.

Have you tasted of how good our God is? If yes, testify, if no, come to Him now!

Least i forget, have you tasted such meal before? Parboiled Rice with vegetable sauce. It's an awesome meal that most families in Nigeria prepare. The meal is quite cheap especially now that some families grow rice.

Everything about me meal can be sourced from the garden of you already have rice. It's a complete diet with high nutritional value.
