WILD FOOD CAFE, COVENT GARDEN
It's been a really intense few days, so many amazing things have happened and syncronicities that I am on the right path. I have so much to catch up on and blog about but I am so tired I can;t keep my eyes open! I treated myself to a dinner at the raw food cafe in Neil's Yard, Covent Garden which is a vegan and raw vegan restaurant. I had Lentil soup with raw sundried tomato crackers, a reishi mushroom drink and raw lemon cheesecake. The desert was sooo expensive I had to debate it for about 10 minutes but I really felt I needed to give myself some indulgence :).... hoping I get some upvotes for it's beauty to contribute hahahahha
It;s such a shame healthy raw organic food is so much more expensive than eating normally.
On which note I am off to count sheep ........xxxx

I love cheese cake
This is raw vegan chessscake so make with cashew nuts coconut oil lemon etc
I have to try it. I tried may times but failed. But need to get the cashew nuts. I love vegan food it is very healthy and easy to prepare.
well i making these raw cakes isn't that easy but no harder than normal cakes just an adjustment really. It's expensive though even to make them! I will try to find you a reciple for one that doesn't look like it has too many complex ingredients in
