Thai food - healthy living

Even if you prepair food yourself in thailand it is easy and cheap....and of course healthy if you follow some rules. We love to stroll around the markets. There are lots of herbs to find and even if you dont know their name and cant remember them even if they are told 10 times...they are just yummie. For a healthy salad you dont need more than 10 different herbs, some tomatos, maybe onion, garlic, vinegar and if you want some fried chicken or fish. The herbs you get at the small local market for 10 baht for 3 bunches...Just smell at the different herbs or taste them, buy them and at home cut them, add the ingrediants you like, stir a bit and then go, go, go....Its refreshing and provides your body all the vitamines and minerals it needs...of course dont forget to wash the herbs properly before using. We eat a meal like this once a day and feel good...Ah and as vinegar I use selfmade kombucha vinegar...next time I will tell you how to make this.
