Green Juice Recipes for Weight Loss

 **Green Juice Recipe**

Ingredients:

- 2 stalks of celery

- 1 green apple

- 1/2 green pepper

- 1/4 bitter melon

- 1/4 cucumber

Directions:

1) Make sure to wash all the ingredients properly. 

2) After washing the ingredients, the next thing to do is to remove the seeds of the ingredients such as the green pepper, bitter melon and green apple.

3) After removing all the seeds of the ingredients, put these all in one juicer. 

4) Do not add water.

5) Turn on the juicer and wait before the juice develops.

6) Serve it chilled.

• Green-Pineapple Juice

Ingredients: 

- Two stalks of celery,

- ½ Pineapple, 

- ¼ bitter melon

Directions:

1) See to it that you wash the ingredients properly. 

2) Once washed, remove all the seeds of the bitter melon and prepare the pineapple. 

3) Put all the ingredients in the juicer and turn the machine on.

4) See to it that the juice is fine and soft.
