This evening the cold weather so want to eat hot food, like this one menu that is pepes shrimp. Shrimp pepes became one of the food of choice for me when the cold weather due to the taste of a savory and slightly acidic, let alone served while still hot.very delicious

500 grams of peeled shrimp
½ bunch of basil, pick the leaves
5 pieces of banana leaves, to wrap
Ground spices :
3 cloves of garlic
5 onion grains
2 pieces of red chili
2 tomatoes
2 grains of pecan, roasted
2 cm turmeric
2 cm kencur
1 cm ginger
1 lemongrass, take the white part only
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
How To Make Pepes Shrimp:
The first step, mix the shrimp with basil and spices smooth, then mix well. Then take a piece of banana leaves, then put the spiced shrimp earlier. After that, wrap the oval with banana leaves and stale both ends using a toothpick. Next, steam pepes shrimp until cooked. After that lift and pepes your homemade shrimp ready to serve
