Alan Jackson is the founder of Lemonade. He named the restuarant Lemondage because of the bright comforting feeling when you simply say the word. They call it the original sunny day spot. They are California focused and seasonly driven. I mean, take a look at the color scheme they use here, it's awesome!

It's youthful, bright and fun just like in the description above. Can't wait to get down here and have a meal with some friends. It looks like every creation they come up with is beautiful, what these guys do with food is truly art in the simplest form. Lemonade has sure came a long way since first opening, and that's good to see.
