Dragon Roll

The other day a bunch of us went out for sushi, it had been awhile but it sure hit the spot. We decided to order a bunch of rolls and appetizers and split them, a pretty common theme when all of us go out for sushi like this. My favorite is the spicy tuna roll but today I decided I would try new things.

I tried the dragon roll one of my friends ordered, I was optimistic going in but was let down as I tried the roll. It comes with eal, crab, cucumber inside with avocado on the outside. As I read the description, I thought I like all of those ingredients, well at least I thought I did. It turns out I'm not a fan of eel, I didn't like the texture nor the taste so my other friend offered up a taste of what she ordered which tasted much better... I will get into that in my next post.
