Coconut Water

Coconut water is great with all different types of food, plus its easy to drink after going to the gym, but I feel like it's best to drink when you're out and about in the sun. They say it's like eating a handful of bananas, it's supposed to be really good for hydration with all the potassium. I'm also learning for the first time that it typically has about 15 grams of sugar per container as well. I get these on a hot summer day on the beach, sometimes when I go out for Chinese food, and usually after a good work out at the gym, they sell them at the counter.
