Fabulous recipes. My favorites are the melk tart and scotch eggs. I have never mastered the eggs but now I am inspired to give them another try.
Will also give the chilli bean a go for my vegan granddaughter. Terrific post. Thanks.
Ah they are not so difficult, just make sure to coat them properly with the meat mixture so there are no gaps, as it does shrink a little.
