Quinoa Milk
An alternative for dairy milk.
What do you need?
- Blender
- 1-2 handful of quinoa seeds
- A cup of water
- Sweetener: honey, agave, maple syrop or brown sugar
- *optional: a pinch of pink or sea salt
What to do?
blend / mix/ chop all ingredients well ~ till smoothening
ENJOY!
p.s. you can also try with any other edible seeds or nuts,
like for example apricot kernels (peeled sweet ones)
Just drink it fresh for healing or use it for preparing your favourite meals!
