ZUCCHINI STUFFED CHICKEN!
I offer a very simple and tasty recipe that you can prepare casual dinner and festive table.When we have a season zucchini,I very often cook this dish,try it!!
Ingredients:
*Zucchini — 1 Piece
*Minced Meat — 150 Grams
*Carrots — 1 Piece
*Tomato — 1 Piece
*Onion — 1 Piece
*Cheese — 50-100 Grams
*Sour Cream — 1-2 Tbsp. spoons
*Salt — 1 Pinch
*Pepper — 1 Pinch
1.First you must mince the meat ( chicken), then season with salt and pepper to taste.In the mince add the finely chopped tomatoes.
2.Carrots wash, dry and clean. Put on a small grater and send to the mince with the tomatoes. Do the same thing with the onion (if you want onion you can skip through Mincer along with the meat).
3.Zucchini wash, dry and cut in half. Carefully remove the inside, leaving fairly thick walls.
4.The received forcemeat to send in the cut out boats and tightly secured it with a spoon.And sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.You can use fairly salty cheese.
5.Slightly brush top with sour cream (if desired, it can be extruded through a press 1-2 cloves of garlic) to make a delicious crust. Send in a well heated oven for 30-40 minutes. Before serving you can decorate with parsley .
