JUICY CABBAGE ROLLS)

This is my most favorite dish and my guests.We need:
1 medium cabbage,
meat (pork)-400 grams,
2 onions,
2 carrots,
50 grams of rice,
2 tablespoons tomato paste,
salt ,sugar ,pepper to taste,
vegetable oil for frying.
1.Cabbage divided into leaves,cut out the thick vein and fill with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

  1. Prepare the filling for our cabbage rolls.Meat grind in a meat grinder.Add the rice,finely chopped onion and grated carrot,salt and pepper.Mix well.
    3.Take a cabbage leaf,put the stuffing and wrap.Harvesting of cabbage put in the pot.
    4.Now prepare the gravy.In a pan pour vegetable oil,put chopped onions and grated carrots.Add 1 Cup water,tomato paste,salt,sugar,pepper to taste.Pour our sauce, the cabbage rolls and place over heat for 30-40 minutes.
