JUICY CABBAGE ROLLS)
This is my most favorite dish and my guests.We need:
1 medium cabbage,
meat (pork)-400 grams,
2 onions,
2 carrots,
50 grams of rice,
2 tablespoons tomato paste,
salt ,sugar ,pepper to taste,
vegetable oil for frying.
1.Cabbage divided into leaves,cut out the thick vein and fill with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling for our cabbage rolls.Meat grind in a meat grinder.Add the rice,finely chopped onion and grated carrot,salt and pepper.Mix well.
3.Take a cabbage leaf,put the stuffing and wrap.Harvesting of cabbage put in the pot.
4.Now prepare the gravy.In a pan pour vegetable oil,put chopped onions and grated carrots.Add 1 Cup water,tomato paste,salt,sugar,pepper to taste.Pour our sauce, the cabbage rolls and place over heat for 30-40 minutes.
