It is of a truth that every continent has its own primary foods. Meanwhile, knowing which foods the body supports more than the other with excellent nourishment is of greater advantage. We may eat the most expensive foods but not healthy beneficially. It will be good you know. Read through to find out more!
Oftentimes, there are reasons why we may choose to eat some specific foods. Yet, the major thing should be what we stand to gain in the intake of such foods and how they benefit our health maximally.

This write-up isn’t aimed at the foods that are better than African major foods alone. But, absolutely all other foods we may consider as major foods in any part of the world. I guess @topwriter is safe now...lol

As Alexander Bryce, M.D., states in The Laws of Life and Health, “When too little fluid is supplied, the blood maintains a higher specific gravity and poisonous waste products of tissue or cell change are only cast off very imperfectly. The body is therefore, poisoned by its own excretions, and it is not too much to say the chief reason of this is because a sufficient amount of fluid has not been supplied to carry off in solution the waste matter the cell manufacture.”

By summarizing Bryce statement as above, it is worthy to note that when little quantity of fluid is supplied to our bloodstream, excretes become toxic to the body system. And it is easily concluded that these buildup of waste products within the body enhances or promotes disease.

Therefore, the major foods of any continent that is starved of large quantity of fluid or whose foods are inadequate/non-rich in fluid are disease supporting.
What Foods Are Rich In Fluid Then?
What foods are fluid suppliers?
What foods can be consumed that will provide the body with the beneficial fluid?

No other foods are more beneficial or better than water-rich foods. Besides, foods combined with more of water-rich foods are great too.
Our diet should be consistently assisting our body with process of cleansing, rather than burdening it with indigestible food stuff.

If sufficient water-rich foods are adequately consumed, the whole process of nutrition is stimulated because the paralyzing effect of toxic waste products is removed by their solution and subsequently excretion by kidneys, skin, bowel or lungs.

What Are Water-Rich Foods?
Water-rich foods are foods that are naturally abundant in water. In other words, they are called water-content foods.
It may interest you that there are only three (3) kinds on earth which are:

All of these will provide you with abundance of water which assists in the dilution and elimination of wastes in the body system.

It is essential to know that, when people live on a diet that is low in water-content foods, an unhealthy functioning of the body is almost guaranteed.
