Cooking For People Who Aren't Really Into Cooking: Lamb Chops!

in #food2 years ago

Steemians, this is my second food post!

Pan-fried lamb chops with purple yams, beets, and brussel sprouts.

Lamb seasoned with salt and pepper at least one hour before cooking. Best results if lamb is seasoned overnight. Lamb must be seasoned in advance! Pan-fried in avocado oil. Basically cooked like a steak. Let rest 5-10 minutes before eating.

Yams and beets cut into slices, seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil. Baked in the oven for 25 minutes at 400-425F, flipping once (at 15 minutes).

Brussel sprouts cut in half and tossed in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and maple syrup. Cooked for about 15-20 mins, flipping once.

That's it! Cheap, easy and quick. Oh, and delicious :)
