Cooking For People Who Aren't Really Into Cooking: Amazing Pork Belly!
Steemians, this is my fourth food post!
Crispy pork belly with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes.
Pork belly wrapped in foil, salt and peppered, and baked in the oven at 250F for about 6 hours. Yes that's a long time, but just put it in the oven and forget about it for the day (but don't actually forget about it). Then fry it in a cast iron pan and make sure the skin bubbles up until it's super crispy! Add salt to taste.
Sweet potatoes are baked in the oven at 400F for 25 mins, flipping once. Broccoli is baked for 15 mins. Salt, pepper and olive oil for both.
That's it! Pork belly is sooo good and rich. I'm drooling like a hound dog right now.
