@tomber’s cooking tips #1
Hi guys, a new little series. I don’t know how long this series will be, but i’m numbering just in case.😄
So the cooking tip for today is for celeriac.
Pic source (crocmonbio.com)
If you have a piece of celeriac left and you don’t really know what to do with it. You can use it in your salads.
Just slice it as fine as possible and then cut it in little strips.
Put the strips in a bowl.
And pour over some white Balsamico vinegar.
And just leave the celeriac strips in the vinegar so you actually pickle them. You can use it directly or also put it in the fridge and use it the next day.
This way, you have a nice extra topping with extra fresh flavour for your salads.
That’s all guys, keep it juicy!😉
