Swordfish tataki salad.⚔️
I love swordfish, it’s like tuna but has this natural salted flavour.
So today i’m making a little lunch salad with swordfish tataki.
First i cut my swordfish in to pieces and cut out the ugly parts. Some of the red centerparts are not so good.
Then i put one piece in a curry gomasio to make the crust, this is a blend of curry, curcuma, crushed sesamy seeds and salt.
Bake in sunflower oil, just a few seconds on each side.
Then slice it tataki style.
For the salad i use little yams, spicy pepper, pickeled red onion, edamame, spring onion and chives. Mixed with some olive oil(arbequina 100%) and lime juice.
I put my salad on top of a little wasabimayo.
Then place your cutted swordfish on your salad and top off with a little wakame(seaweed salad).
And that’s all for a healthy lunch.
