COYA
I totally love ceviche! The freshness, the acidity, all those special flavours. It's great and for me the Peruvian cuisine is something really different then what we are used to in Belgium. So that's why i'm passionate about it.
Last year i visited a restaurant called "Coya" in London. This is an amazing place to eat ceviches and all kind of Peruvian things in a fancy atmosphere.
The food was delicious.
So i visited it again in Dubai and i'll show you some pics.
Nice entrance...
Located at the four seasons hotel in Dubai, so they also have some nice rides parked up front.
Pisco sour apero ofcourse!
Great bar with all kinds of infused Pisco's.
Terrace with a view, you can see the Burj Khalifa in the back.
Open kitchen with a grill in the middle where they make their anticuchos. Anticuchos are skewers, in Peru many times made of cow's heart.
Ceviche time! This one with seabass and choclo. Choclo is a white corn.
This is a tiradito of yellow fin mackerel. Tiradito is a like a Peruvian carpaccio.
Just some beans with garlic. Side dish.
Peruvian style patatas bravas.
Then another pisco...
And one more, i can't even remember what this was but the cocktails are great at Coya.
Inside the restaurant.
And another nice toy on the parking lot...
Hope you enjoyed the pics guys.
Keep it juicy,
and visit Coya if you love Peruvian food!!
