What did you eat today? :o This is my meal

Today meal :D

I made a spring mix salad with a piece of steak that I found in the freezer

I marinated the steak in sherry cooking wine with spices, seared it and roast to finish.

Had the juice of the meat as dressing,

Added Avocado, Red Onion, Queso Fresco and overcooked Asparagus

Had a slice of freshly baked sourdough on the side to create my meal :)
