You’re welcome, thanks for your words! As you said, people can’t be 100 % sure about what they’re consuming. Blockchain is not the ultimate solution for this issue, however it’s a complementary tool for traceability and food certification which provides ‘trustless’ and distributed verification to the information it stores. It’s an open, distributed, borderless, neutral and censorship resistant system.
