Pizza oven modifications...

Hi,

I just bought original Italian electric Pizza oven. If you want to use it without modifications I think It`s totally shit, but when you will modify it...... YOU CAN MAKE REAL ITALIAN PIZZA!
I ordered custom 1400W resistance which will be mounted in the dome. This will let me to bake pizza around 60 seconds!
Can not wait to receive it. I also bought pyrometer to make sure that snote temerature is OK, before I put pizza inside.
If there are any Pizza maniacs, follow my modifications ;)

    When you do modifications to the oven, tell us what effect. It looks like pizza will be delicious after all these treatments. I like it !
