1/2 teaspoon pepper
5 pcs of large tamarind injection (according to taste)
Step
First wash the fish, then coat with a pinch of salt and add a squeeze of lemon juice, then let stand for a few minutes.
Blend all ground spices.
After that, pour the ground spices into the smeared fish, stir and let stand for a while.
Directly sink into the pan. Don't forget to add green chilies, curry leaves (I happened to have no curry leaves, so I skipped them) and turmeric. Bring it to a boil then add salt, then test the taste.
