So basically the secret is the cheese and the sauce.
The sauce sounds good. (Tabasco... yesss!) Sadly we don't have that kind of cheese here. (or at least... I never saw them).

@thetimminator You can just use cheddar cheese! Actually cheddar would be better ;)
