Arrozcaldo for this Cold Morning in Dubai

We went to a Filipino restaurant here in United Arab Emirates to try their menus and I was so happy that they are selling Arrozcaldo. This is one of my favorite when I was still in Philippines. Mom was always cooking this for me.

This is indeed good for the weather here because it is starting to change.
