RAW & VEGAN "Cheesy" Deep Dish Pizza!

Recipe:

Pizza dough:

2 1/2 cups coconut meat
3 cloves garlic
8 large dates blended
Put aside

In food processor, put the following in:
3 cups of almond pulp, from production of almond milk
1 cup psyllium husk
3/4 cup flax meal
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 heaping tsp garlic powder
1 heaping tsp himalayan salt

Pour in mixture of coconut meat, dates, garlic. Process until mixed. Spread on dehydrator tray. 115 degrees F for 16 hours in the dehydrator

Cheese:
4 cups pine nuts, soaked for an hour
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaping tsp himalayan salt
4 whole green onions
4 tbsp Sunflower lecithin
5 tbsp nutritional yeast

Put all in food processor and mix well

Tomato sauce:
2 cups dried tomatoes, soaked for 2 hours
Herbs to your liking (such as oregano, basil, etc)
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 large tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves of garlic

Mix in food processor or blender

Marinade for veggies:

5 tbsp coconut aminos
5 tbsp liquid aminos
2 tsp dried thyme
3 tsp dried basil
1 clove garlic
sprig of fresh oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
black pepper
pinch of pink himalayan salt

Add in desired veggies, we used spinach, shiitake mushrooms, peppers, green onion, red onion, tomatoes & sundried tomatoes
