Cheesecake with mango
Products:
- 2 sachets of gelatine
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 and ½ cups of mango
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 and ½ cups of warm water
- 2 ready pie pears
Preparation:
Dissolve gelatine in hot water. Knead the mango well. Add to it the whipped cream, gelatine, sugar, cream cheese. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. Divide it onto one of the bark previously placed on the bottom of a greased tray. Place the second bark over the edge of the tray so that it plays a boarding role. Let the cheesecake in the refrigerator cool completely for several hours or overnight.
