I struggle to get new breakfast recipes to try because I like a quick and healthy breakfast that doesn't require so much energy early in the morning 😂 but this is perfect for making the night before.
Can you make a few of these and meal prep them for the week? Do they store well in the fridge? 🌱
You can meal prep Chia pudding, yes, they CNA be overnight pudding yes, they last 2-3 days depending what your additional ingredients. For example frozen fruit you are using, once thawed they are good only 1-2 days most of the times, so what you can do is overnight the chia, but add the additional just before serving is my suggestion
I spotted your comment on choogirls teamaus post this morning and just wanted to connect. Chia seeds are great! I'm a big flax lover, myself-- I always have 1tbs with my oatmeal every morning- with 1tsp of amla powder, 2 tsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbs of molasses on soy milk. So filling!
It always takes me ages to finish it.. but I suppose that's a good thing!
Great post. Loved it.
Cheerio,
Nick

That does look very yummy, but I'm thinkin' I'll probably have t try it before I go low carb/keto mid February. So I better get to it quick. Looks so good!
Can i join you?
I would love to
Come help yourself, I bought 3 bags of chia seeds, so I got plenty to make 😂
