They look just like the Nanimo bars my wife just made. Except her top chocolate layer got all mixed up with the middle custard layer.
See, I was thinking of that, maybe next time instead making the custard layer firm up, I would spend the chocolate layer, so it would have nicer texture, but yes, they would mix
