Scaloppine di pollo burro e salvia con radicchio arrosto
Hello steemians, this is a really quick dish to prepare, for those who don't have too much time to spend in the kitchen, but they still need a healty and nutrient-rich lunch.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast
Radicchio ( red chickory )
lemon juice
sage
plain flour
white wine
salt
black pepper
olive oil
1 Heat a pan. When this is hot put the radicchio to roast at high heat. Cook it for few minutes both sides, then place the radicchio in a tray and bake in a pre-heat oven at 180° forother 4 min approx.
Bread the sliced chicken with the flour and cook on both sides over high heat with butter and sage, deglaze with a splash of white wine and cook until you are sure that the chicken is cooked.
Serve with garlic mayonese.
Finish the dish with some fresh lemon juice on top.
