Recipe: Banana Pancakes
Went to visit my Mum at the hospital this afternoon and she told me she'd been given a recipe for banana pancakes. Here it is.
Some Eggs
Some Banana's
Mix them together and fry.
If anyone's brave enough to try this or if this is the recipe you use already, let me know! I'm gonna try it once I've got some cash.

I would add some almond butter to that mix and then you have some good pancake material.
I will tell my Mumsy that when I visit her later. The recipe sounded so strange to me, not that I even know the recipe for normal pancakes lol.
Banana pancakes are the best! I like to make mine taste like banana nut bread. I put in walnuts, too and that is my favorite way to eat banana pancakes

Those look more like American style pancakes than the one's we have in Brit land - super skinny and much larger - ours are more like French Crepes. Picture from Wikimedia.
