Spicy Sweet and Sour Wings 🐥

Made a nice big pile of chicken wings with a tasty sauce.

For the sauce I just diced up a couple of serano peppers and then grated up some ginger, onion and garlic. A little water to get things moving, a little soy sauce, and a couple of generous splashes of pancake syrup (don't judge me).

I cooked the sauce until it boiled then took it off the heat to cool a bit and finished it off with finely diced cilantro, lime juice, rice vinegar, salt and pepper.

They're great!
